Worklist summary dashboard
The Worklist summary dashboard is accessible to the Full Admin, Content editor, Catalog manager, Category manager, and Supplier manager role.

Total entries
Displays the total number of entries (items) present in the selected collaboration area.
Entries by priority
Displays count of entries of different collaboration areas having different priorities (High, Medium, Low, or None). Click any card to see list of the collaboration areas with entry count.
Entries by age
Displays the age of the entry from when checked out in the particular collaboration area. By default, the age range is less than 15 days, 15 - 30 days, 30 - 60 days, and more than 60 days. This widget can be configured for age range. In the restConfig.properties file, change the values of the following properties:- ageLowSplit
- ageMediumSplit
- ageHighSplit
Worklist entries by age
Appears when you click any card. Displays list of the collaboration areas with entry count. Click any collaboration item to display a graph of steps with count.
