Data sanity dashboard

The Data sanity dashboard is accessible to the Catalog Manager and Full Admin roles.

Click Dashboards > Data sanity to see the Data sanity page. The Data sanity page displays following.

You can click Go to rules console to directly access the Rules console.

Data completeness by catalog and channels

Catalog
Select an appropriate catalog from the Catalog list.
Channel
Select an appropriate catalog from the Channel list.
Items completeness
Displays a donut graph that is populated with the items grouped according to the completeness percentage range (0 - 100 %). You cannot click the 0 % and 100 % sections.
This widget can be configured for the percentage range. In the restConfig.properties file, change the values of the following properties:
  • completenessLowSplit
  • completenessMediumSplit
  • completenessHighSplit
By default, the percentage range is 0 - 25, 25 - 50, 50 - 75, and 75 - 100.

Data quality by rules

Catalog
Select an appropriate catalog from the Catalog list.
Rule type
Select an appropriate catalog from the Rule type list.
Compliant vs Noncompliant items
Displays a donut graph that is populated with the items grouped according to the compliant and non-compliant criteria.
In the donut graph, click Non-compliant > Multi-edit page.
In the multi-edit page, if any of the items have a validation error, the Product ID column header displays an error flag.
Click an item to open the details in single-edit page. In the single-edit page, you can see the following:
  • The page title displays total number of errors in the item.
  • Click <error count> link to highlight all the attributes violating the rule.

Step performance

View by
Select to see the performance of steps either on fortnightly, monthly, or quarterly basis.
Top 5 Steps
Displays a bar graph that is populated according to the list of top five steps based on performance in minutes, in the ascending order.
Bottom 5 Steps
Displays a bar graph that is populated according to the list of bottom five steps based on performance in weeks, in the ascending order.

Filter
Click to filter a column by a value. In the Search field, enter the value, and click Apply. You can also filter Localized String attribute and String attribute in Grouping using this.

You can also sort the values in a column by ascending or descending order. Default value is ascending order. You can also click a column header to sort the values.
