Scheduling reports

You can set up Prescriptive Process Mining to generate investigative reports for processes on a schedule based on your requirements. For example, you can schedule the reports to be created periodically or on specific dates. You can also specify whether a report is generated every time a data upload occurs in the process.

To schedule reports, complete the following steps:

1. From the home page, go to All projects and open the project whose report you want to schedule.
2. From the navigation pane, select the magnifying glass icon.
3. In the Investigative report page, click Schedule report.
4. In the Schedule report window, select the schedule type:
   • To generate reports every time a data upload occurs in the process, select Data upload.
   • To generate reports periodically, select Frequency, and specify how often the report should be created.
   • To generate reports on specific dates, select Calendar and specify the periodicity, dates, and time.
5. Click Next.
6. In the Service section, select the preferred notification service and server and click Next.
7. In the Parameters section, specify the connection parameters for the service.
8. Optional: Specify the additional parameters for the service.
9. Click Verify connection to check the status of the service.
10. Click Save to save the report schedule.
