IBM Process Mining Administration manual
In the Administration page of IBM Process Mining, you can create and manage users, user groups, organizations, and tenants. The Administration page is also where you can manage authorizations and permissions, as well as monitor the activity of your users and asynchronous processes.
Accessing the Administration page
To access the Administration page, click the Administration button on the IBM Process Mining home page navigation
pane.
Note: You can only access the Administration page if you have Administrator
permissions. If you are an administrator, you can grant Administrator permissions to other
users by using the Authorizations tab. For more information, see Managing authorizations.
Overview of the Administration page
The following tabs are available in the Administration page:

| Users | Create and manage users of IBM Process Mining and IBM Task Mining. |
| Groups | Create and manage the permission groups and users who belong to them. |
| Authorizations | Modify the authorizations and permissions of users and groups. |
| Organizations | Create and manage organizations. |
| Tenants | Create and manage tenants in IBM Process Mining. |
| Usage details | View the application usage details of your tenant. |
| Recent activities | View the list of recent tasks performed by each user. |
| Jobs | View the status of asynchronous processes. |
