Checking correlations between KPIs
You can check the detailed analysis of correlations between Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in the KPI Correlations tab.
In the KPI Influence Heatmap section, you can visually analyze correlations between the KPIs. You can click a tile on the heatmap to view details about the correlation and view a color legend under the map to recognize the strength of the correlation. You can also view the map in a full-screen mode.
In the KPI Correlation Insights section, you can analyze the most significant correlations. Listed correlations are defined as values greater than 0.6 for strong positive correlations or less than -0.6 for strong negative.
All custom metrics with the Show Statistics option enabled are included in the heatmap, regardless of their visibility or usage status in the investigative report.
You can export the analysis to the .CSV, .PNG and
.JPG file. Click more options menu icon on the header of the heatmap and choose the
format.
If you see extra characters as a prefix in the .csv file, do the following steps
in Excel:
- Go to File > Import.
- Select
CSVand choose your file. - Click Get Data and set File Origin to “Unicode (UTF-8)” in the wizard.
- Click Next and select Comma as a delimiter.
You can also view the results in the form of the table. Click
the table icon on the header of the map to see the results. You
can download it as a .CSV file.
