User profile menu

Complete the following steps to access and view the user profile:

1. In IBM Process Mining homepage, perform one of the following actions:
   • in the right upper corner, click the gear icon button.
   • in the right upper corner, click the user profile Menu button, and then click the User profile link.
2. In the User profile window, you view the following user profile information:
   • Username of the account
   • Tenant group
   • Validity date of the account
   • Owner of the account
   • Information related to the user's API account, API key, and Rest-API and MCP tokens.

Complete the following steps to change your password:

1. In the right upper corner of IBM Process Mining homepage, click the user profile Menu button.
2. Select Security.
3. Enter your current password.
4. Enter your new password. The new password must fulfill the following requirements:
   • It must include at least one special character.
   • It must include at least one digit.
   • It must include at least one uppercase letter.
   • It must include at least one lowercase letter.
   • It must be 8 to 20 characters long.
5. Enter your new password again.
6. Save your changes.

Two-factor authentication (2FA) strengthens the security of your account, reduces the risk of unauthorized access, and helps protect sensitive information.

Complete the following steps to enable the two-factor authentication:

1. In the right upper corner of IBM Process Mining homepage, click the user profile Menu button.
2. Select Security.
3. Set Enable two-factor authentication to On.

4. Set up the 2FA app on your mobile device by using any one of the following options:

   • Download app for Andriod
   • Download app for iOS

From now on, IBM Process Mining will prompt you to enter a six-digit verification code when you log in.
