Viewing usage details
In the Usage details page of the Administration tab, you can view the usage details of any tenant.
To view these details, complete the following steps:
- On the home page, click the Administration tab.
- Go to the Usage details tab.
- If you are using the SaaS environment, the usage details relate to chosen tenant. If you have the multi-tenant authorization, you can use the Tenant drop-down list to select the customer whose usage details you want to see. If you don't have the multi-tenant authorization, you can only see the details of your tenant. If you're using an on-premise environment, the usage details are cumulative of all the tenants.
- See the overview of the current usage and peak usage of the following categories:
- Processes
- See how many processes there currently are in this tenant, and whether this number has ever been higher.
- Events
- See how many events there currently are in this tenant, and whether this number has ever been higher.
- Storage size
- See how much storage size is taken up already, and whether this number has ever been higher.
- Active task mining agents
- See how many task mining agents there currently are, and whether this number has ever been higher.
- Active business users
- See how many active business users there currently are, and whether this number has ever been higher. Click Details to see the list of the currently active business users.
- Active analyst users
- See how many active analyst users there currently are, and whether this number has ever been higher. Click Details to see the list of the currently active analyst users.
