What’s new in IBM Process Mining 2.0.3
The 2.0.3 release of IBM Process Mining introduces expanded organizational analysis capabilities, and usability improvements that simplify process discovery and optimization.
Organization Mining
Note: This feature is available as a technology preview.
Organization Mining enables analysis of interdependent processes by combining multiple event logs into a single view. You can see how processes, people, and assets are connected and understand the relationships across organizational workflows and supply chains.
Organizational Mining introduces changes in the following components of IBM Process Mining:
- Process creation
- You can create multiprocess projects. For more information, see Creating a multiprocess project.
- Process Model
- You can use new view modes. For more information, see View modes and NextGen Model.
- Custom metrics
- You can create custom metrics with guided and editor modes. For more information, see Custom metrics.
Usability improvements
The following usability improvements are available in IBM Process Mining 2.0.3:
