Prescriptive Process Mining (PPM) improvements
In IBM Process Mining 2.0.2, the following features are improved in Prescriptive Process Mining:
- A new default custom metric Reworks is included in the Prescriptive report as a custom KPI.
- Causalities between process behaviors and their performance are now analyzed with AI solutions.
- All KPIs (default and custom) are included in the first report.
- KPI targets can be maximized or minimized when you create a custom metric.
- Correlations between all KPIs are now visible in your project.
Cockpits
The Cockpits page is a new dashboard for real-time process insights and KPI monitoring. You can see how the processes are performing and look at all their main statistics without any manual effort. Cockpits provide visibility into the key processes, and that gives you immediate access to the information needed in regards to faster decision-making.

Usability improvements
In IBM Process Mining 2.0.2, the following features are improved:
- Navigation in Analytics
- A dropdown list of dashboards is added to the Analytics view for quicker navigation.
- KPIs in Analytics Process model
- The Process Model widget in Analytics now displays the same KPIs as the process model in the Model tab.
- Dashboard templates

The following are introduced to dashboard templates:
- A new Heat Map custom widget is included in the Workforce Optimization dashboard.
- Compare and Operational excellence dashboards are now improved.
- Information about existing automation is added into the Automation Analysis.
- Open SQL in Analytics
- An advanced mode to write open SQL queries is added to the Analytics tab to give you full control of the query you are running. This is added in addition to the low-code guided experience.
