Attributes

An attribute is contextual data that provides differentiation in process analysis. Using attributes is helpful in adding context to a process and analyzing it from different perspectives.

For example, an attribute can be a vendor or a material. By using attributes, you can understand how efficient your process works when specific vendors or materials are involved.

You can set the following attributes:

Threshold for distinct values
You can manage the Maximum number of distinct values that an attribute can have.

Role attribute
You can choose where the role is defined; you can choose the eventlog or an object table as the source.

Automation attribute
You can check the automation status of the activities.
You can choose an Automated activity attribute from a dropdown and enter the Automated field truth-value separated by commas.

Excluded fields
You can exclude any custom field that is not useful for your analysis.

You can see the statistics with a cardinality smaller than the entered threshold.
