Attributes
An attribute is contextual data that provides differentiation in process analysis. Using attributes is helpful in adding context to a process and analyzing it from different perspectives.
For example, an attribute can be a vendor or a material. By using attributes, you can understand how efficient your process works when specific vendors or materials are involved.
You can set the following attributes:
- Threshold for distinct values
- You can manage the Maximum number of distinct values that an attribute can have.
- Role attribute
- You can choose where the role is defined; you can choose the eventlog or an object table as the source.
- Automation attribute
- You can check the automation status of the activities. You can choose an Automated activity attribute from a dropdown and enter the Automated field truth-value separated by commas.
- Excluded fields
- You can exclude any custom field that is not useful for your analysis.
Note: You can see the statistics with a cardinality
smaller than the entered threshold.
