- Find the organization from the list and view details by expanding the tab view.
- Click Data Streams button.
On the Project page in the Data streams tab, you can also do the following actions:

To view the list of data stream connections in your process mining project, go to the Data & Settings > Data > Data stream tab.
Activating a data stream connection
After you create a data stream connection in IBM Process Mining, you must activate it to fetch data at the scheduled time frame. To activate a data stream connection, in the Data & Settings > Data > Data stream tab, set the toggle button to Active.
Fetching data from data stream
The data stream connection that is created in IBM Process Mining automatically fetches data at the time interval that is specified when you create the connection. You can also fetch data whenever it is required. To do so, click the Fetch data now button in the Data stream tab.
In the data stream card, you can also view the information about the time of the last fetching.
The fetched data is stored as a .csv
file in the Data source > Event log tab or as an object table in the Data source > Object table tab. For more information
on managing the Data Source page, see Data source.
Analyzing the fetched data
After you fetch the data, IBM Process Mining automatically analyzes the data and indicates the status of the project.
The data results can be either Successful or Failed. To view details about the data results, hover over the result to see additional information.
When you create a data stream, either by using event log or object tables, the numbers next to the imported details represent the number of rows that are the part of your corresponding .csv
document. For more
information, see Data source. The numbers next to the discarded details represent the number of rows that are not imported. Also, you can view a maximum of a 10 first
discarded rows.
Editing and deleting a data stream
You can edit or delete a scheduled source only if it is in the Inactive mode. When you edit, you can change options such as name, summary, basic connection properties, JSON message, and API key. You can also edit your mapping and scheduling.
If you used object tables to create a data stream, you cannot edit the table corresponding to the connection.
