Viewing and editing the user profile

Do the following steps to view and edit the user profile:

1. In IBM Process Mining, click the user profile Menu button, and then click the User profile link.
   The User profile dialog box displays the following user profile information:

   • Username of the account
   • Tenant group
   • Validity of the account
   • Owner of the account
   • Information related to API account, project key, organization key, and API Key.

2. In the User profile dialog box, set Enable API key to On or Off. If Enable API key is set to On, then the API key for the account is displayed. Otherwise, the API key for the account is not displayed.

3. Click the Copy to clipboard icon to copy a chosen value.

Changing your password

Do the following steps to update your password:

1. In IBM Process Mining, click the user profile Menu button, and then click the Security link.

2. Fill the required fields to change your password. The new password must fulfil the following requirements:
   

   • It must include at least one special character.
     
   • It must include at least one digit.
     
   • It must include at least one uppercase letter.
     
   • It must include at least one lowercase letter.
     
   • It must be 8 to 20 characters long.
     

3. Save your changes.
   

Enabling two-factor authentication

Do the following steps to enable the two-factor authentication:

1. In IBM Process Mining, click the user profile Menu button, and then click the Security link.

2. Set Enable two-factor authentication to On.

3. Set up the 2FA app on your mobile device using any one of the following options:

   • Download app for Andriod
   • Download app for iOS

The IBM Process Mining application prompts you to enter a six-digit verification code when you log in to the application.

If you enabled the two-factor authentication but you did not install the 2FA application, contact the Admin to disable the feature in your user profile.

Changing the language of IBM Process Mining

In IBM Process Mining, click the user profile Menu button, and then select a language from the list.

Logging out from IBM Process Mining

To log out from IBM Process Mining, click the user profile Menu button, and then click the Log out link.
