Attributes
An attribute is contextual data that provides differentiation in process analysis. Using attributes is helpful in adding context to a process and analyzing it from different perspectives.
For example, an attribute is a vendor or a material. By using attributes, you can understand how efficient your process works when specific vendors or materials are involved.
You can set the following attributes:
- Threshold for distinct values
- Automation attributes
- Excluded fields
To manage a Maximum number of distinct values that an attribute can have, go to the Threshold for distinct values section. To set the distinct value, edit the threshold.
You can see the statistics with a cardinality smaller than the entered threshold.
To check the automation status of the activities, go to the Automation attributes section. You can choose an Automated activity attribute from a dropdown and enter the Automated field truth-value separated by commas. To set the values, edit the automation attributes.
To exclude any custom field that is not useful for the analysis, go to the Excluded fields. To specify the custom fields, edit the excluded files.
