Dashboard
The Dashboard page is the primary page that you see when you create a Task Mining project. The Dashboard provides you with all the information related to the Task Mining project.

1 | Overview | Provides the following information: - Agent plugin enabled: Specifies whether TM Agent plugins are enabled for the project. This option is not available if plugin feature is not enabled in IBM Task Mining. - Standalone project: Specifies whether the project is a standalone TM project. - Recording mode: Specifies whether the recording mode of the project is Full or Metadata-only. - Published version: Specifies the version of the project workflow published in the TM Web. - Last recorded session: Specifies the time of the last recording. - Last processed session: Specifies the time of the session that was last processed. - Processing errors: Specifies the number of the failed chunks. |

2 | Filtered statistics | Provides filtered results for the number of Recording sessions, Distinct actions, Total actions, Users, and Devices, depending on the filters you specify. The data displayed in the Application usage, Agent interaction, and Application interaction sections also varies according to these filters. | The following filters are available to use. - Filter recording sessions by device: Filters the details for all or specific recording sessions. - Device Id: Filters the details for the specified devices. - Filter recording sessions by: Filters the details for the last five, last one, all, or specific recording sessions, or the recording sessions that occurred during a time period. - Recording sessions: Filters the details for the specified recording sessions. - Start Date and End Date: Filters the details of all recording sessions that have occurred between specified dates and time. |
3 | Working patterns | Identifies and provides graphical representations of the working patterns that occur most frequently in the process. Identified patterns are sorted in the descending order of occurrence frequency. | Task Mining Working patterns are displayed in two formats: Application view and Page view. Application view: Displays process charts of the most frequent working patterns across different applications. Page view: Displays process charts of the most frequent working patterns across individual pages in different applications. |
4 | Application usage | Provides a graph to show the usage statistics of applications registered in Task Mining Agent. Use the Dimensions list to choose whether the graph is based on actions peformed or usage duration on the applications. | For detailed statistics, download the data file using the Download chart data button. |
5 | Agent interaction | Provides a graph to show the recording statistics of all TM Agents in the project. | For detailed statistics, download the data file using the Download chart data button. |
6 | Application interaction | Provides a graph to show the statistics of interaction between applications during the recording. Use the Self loops list to choose whether application self-loops are ignored or considered for statistics. | |
7 | Agent list | Provides the following information about the status of TM Agents: - Host Id: Identity of the hosting system - Username: Username of the logged in user - Status: Status of the agent - Last synchronization: Time of the last synchronization between TM Web and TM Agent - Errors (24hr): Number of errors in the last 24 hours - Agent version: The build version of TM Agent - Browser plugins: Version of the supported browser plugin - Acquisition mode: Shows the method of synchronizing captured data with TM Web |
