Accessing Prescriptive Process Mining

You can open Prescriptive Process Mining in the following ways:

  • Click Let's begin in the Meet our digital subject matter expert! banner.
  • Click the icon in the IBM Process Mining navigation pane.

In IBM Process Mining, when you open Prescriptive Process Mining for the first time, you get the following landing page. After the first time, every next access to Prescriptive Process Mining opens the Prescriptive Process Mining Reports page.

To use Prescriptive Process Mining you need to enable it in the authorizations page. For more information, see the Managing authorizations section.

The Prescriptive Process Mining Reports page lists all investigative reports that are created in Prescriptive Process Mining.

The Prescriptive Process Mining reports page includes the following information:

  • Report status The information about report building status. Status has Building report or Report ready values.

  • Analyzed project The name of the projects for which the Prescriptive Process Mining has generated reports.

  • Owner The names of the owners of the projects.

  • Last updated The time at which the reports were last updated.

  • Clues available The number of each type of clues that were analyzed to create the reports.

You can expand each report in the Prescriptive Process Mining Reports page to view the Report history. The report history includes details such as date of creation of each version of the report, name of the creator, title of the report, filter templates, and number of analyzed clues.

Also, the following actions are available in the Report history section:

  • Load report
  • Download
  • Delete report

When you load a report, you can view all details in the old reports. However, you cannot perform any actions in the reports.
