Viewing usage details
You can view the usage details based on each customer in IBM Process Mining. The Usage details tab on the Administration page provides an overview of the current usage and overall usage of the following categories:
- Processes
- Events
- Active business users
- Active analyst users
- Active task mining agents
Accessing the usage details
On the IBM Process Mining, navigate to Administration > Usage details.
Use the Customer drop-down list to select the customer for which you want to see the usage details.
The following figure illustrates the contents of the Usage details tab. In the figure, the usage details for Customer B is listed.
The Usage details tab also provides you with the list of all active business users and active analyst users. To view the list of active users, click the (
) button.
