Accessing custom process app logs and configuration details

You can access the logs and configuration details of a custom process app to analyze the process app activities during the ETL (data extraction, trasformation, and loading) stage in the logic file.

You can access the custom process app logs and configuration details only if you are the creator of the custom process app.

Viewing the event log configuration

To view user inputs (event log configurations), complete the following steps:

  1. From the Assets page, select the process-mining project which you created by using the custom process app.
  2. Go to Manage > Process App.
  3. See the User inputs (Event logs configurations) section.

Editing the event log configuration

To edit the required parameters (for example, if the password or the API key is expired), complete the following steps:

  1. From the Assets page, select the process-mining project which you created by using the custom process app.
  2. Go to Manage > Process App.
  3. In the User inputs (Event logs configurations) section, click Edit configuration.
  4. In the Edit configuration window, edit the information you want.
  5. Click Save.

Viewing the custom process app logs

The process app logs give you the list of events and activities that occured during the ETL stage of the process app logic. To view the custom process app logs, complete the following steps:

  1. From the Assets page, select the process-mining project which you created by using the custom process app.
  2. Go to Manage > Process App.
  3. In the Process App logs section, click View full logs.
  4. View the event logs in the View full logs wizard.

Downloading the custom process app logs

To download the custom process app logs, complete the following steps:

  1. From the Assets page, select the process-mining project which you created by using the custom process app.
  2. Go to Manage > Process App.
  3. In the Process App logs section, click Download.
