Predictive analytics

When you open the details of a running case, Analytics automatically predicts the next activities and provides you a list of recommendations that are aimed at minimizing case lead time.

For each recommendation, the expected remaining time and cost are shown.

If you select a specific recommendation, Analytics shows the predicted activities to case completion. Predicted activities and transitions are represented with dashed lines:

The recommendation icon represents the kind of prediction the system is making.

A “path” icon represents a prediction based on past data.

A “light bulb” icon represents a prediction based on a sequence of activities that never happened before, but that are still possible according to the derived model.

Frequency, time and cost view are available in predictive analytics. You can also turn the KPI view on to visualize critical activities and relations.
