Accessing IBM® Process Mining
You can access IBM Process Mining in an Red Hat OpenShift Container environment or as a standalone application in a customized traditional environment. For more information about accessing IBM Process Mining, see the following topics:

Accessing IBM Process Mining in an Red Hat OpenShift Container (OCP) environment
In IBM Cloud Pak for Business Automation or any other standalone OCP environment, you can subscribe and access the IBM Process Mining services after you log in to IBM Cloud Pak or the OCP environment along with other subscribed services.
Accessing IBM Process Mining in a traditional environment
To access the IBM Process Mining application that is hosted on traditional environment, you must get a username and password from the Administrator. After receiving the username and password, you can log in to the application by entering the credentials in the Username and Password fields in the Login page (see 'Video 1. Log in to IBM Process Mining').

If you have enabled the two-factor authentication, you must enter the code that you receive in the Authenticator application in the Verification code field in the Log in page of IBM Process Mining before logging in. See the Enable two-factor authentication topic to learn more about enabling the two-factor
authentication.

Changing the primary password
When you log in to IBM Process Mining for the first time, you are asked to change your primary password to ensure security. Do the following steps to change your primary password (see 'Video 2. Login Change Password'):
- Enter your credentials in the Username and Password fields.
- Click the Log in button to go to the Change Password page.
- Enter the required information in the following fields:
- Username
Your username is entered in the Username field by default. - Previous password
Enter your existing password provided to you by the Administrator. - New Password
Enter your new password. - Confirm new password
Enter your password again to confirm.

- Click the Change password button.

Changing the Forgotten Password
To change the password when you forget your password, do the following steps:
- On the Login page, click Forgot your password? to see the Password reset page.
- Type your username in the Username field.
- Click the Get the reset link button to receive an Email token on your email.
- Go to your email Inbox and copy the Email token you received in the email.
- Click the Click here to access the login form button at the bottom of the same email to go the Reset password page in IBM Process Mining.
- Paste the copied Email token in the Email token field.
- Type a new password in the New Password field.
- Type the new password again in the Confirm new password field.
- Click the Change password button to log in to IBM Process Mining with the new password.
