Managing requests
Depending on the project policies, some actions might require administrator or project manager approval. In those situations, when a user requests an action, such as a deploy, a request is generated and the action is not started until the request is approved.
About this task
Note: If you approve a request for multiple virtual machine
deployments, some deployments might fail. For example, if deploying all of the requested virtual
machines would violate the Virtual Machines project quota, the number of allowed virtual machines
are deployed and the rest fail. In this case, the request is still considered Approved and is
removed from the queue. However, messages are generated that notify you of the
failures.
