Working with virtual machines
If you have administrator or project manager authority, you can work with all virtual machines. From the Virtual machines page of the PowerVC user interface, you can view, capture, and perform lifecycle operations, such as stop, start, and delete, on virtual machines. For NovaLink managed virtual machines, you can also access the virtual machine console from this page.
About this task
Note: Some actions require administrator authority and cannot be performed by users with
project_manager authority. To learn what actions each role can perform, see Managing roles.
