Compute (Nova) APIs

These APIs and extensions are used to manage the lifecycle and operations of compute resources. This release, OpenStack Nova API, and Nova extension v2.1 is supported for Compute (Nova) APIs. None of the APIs have changed their functionality. All of the PowerVC Nova APIs are supported to use version v2 or v2.1. Users need to explicitly specify which Nova version they are using in the REST request. For example, GET https://myhostname:8774/v2.1/os-hosts.
