Generate a malware email report on demand

From the Reports page, you can generate an email malware report covering the current day or the week, where week represents the last seven days.

1. From the main page, select the Reports tab. The Reports page opens.
2. Click Malware Details.
3. Click Generate Malware Report.
4. Choose whether to generate the report for a day or the week.
5. Enter a comma-separated list of email addresses to which the report must be sent.
6. Customize the email subject as needed.
7. Click Send.
   An email is generated from the root user on the endpoint. The email includes pie charts and file details that indicate the following information:

   • The malware protection statistics for protected and unprotected systems. A system is considered protected if ClamAV is installed and a scan has been run.
   • The list of endpoints that are vulnerable and protected, and the last scan status for each endpoint.
   • The summary of malware events, including whether detected malware could be quarantined.
   • The number of times a specific virus signature was detected and the percentage of all detected virus types that it represents.
