Syncing PowerSC endpoints from PowerSC GUI

When a subproduct is removed, installed, started, or stopped, there can be a delay of up to several minutes before the change is reflected in the PowerSC GUI. To sync the uiServer and uiAgents with the latest subproduct data without waiting, click Sync Endpoint and select the endpoint to sync. The Sync Endpoint control performs an immediate sync. You can sync only one endpoint at a time.

1. From the main page, select the Security tab.
   The Security page opens.
2. From the Groups tray, select the group that includes the endpoint you want to sync.
3. All the endpoints that are in the group that you selected are listed in the System Name table. You can filter the endpoints that are displayed by using the Filtering by text box. Enter the text by which you want to filter in the text box. The list of endpoints is refreshed.
4. Click Sync Endpoint.
5. Select an endpoint to sync. You can sync only one endpoint at a time.
6. Click Refresh.
