Initialize Frames
Initialize managed frames.
This operation task is available when one or more frames are selected.
It will first power on the unowned I/O units within the selected managed
frames, then power on the managed systems within the selected managed
frames. The complete initialization process may take several minutes
to complete.
Note: Managed systems that are already powered on will
not be affected. They will not be powered off and back on again.
