Reporting problems

Learn how to report problems when your server's service and support connections are not available.

You can set up your server so that hardware problems are reported electronically. For information about how to set up your service environment, see Setting up your server to connect to service and support. However, if there is a failure in your default service path (for example, the HMC is not available), you can use other ways to ensure that these problems are still reported electronically.
