Use HyperTerminal to assist in determining whether the
connection between the client (PC) and server is good when you are
using a local console that is directly attached.
HyperTerminal is a Windows® application
used for connecting to various sources and is supplied by all Windows operating systems on
the installation media, though might not be automatically installed.
When the local console directly attached does not connect, you can
use HyperTerminal to determine if the PC has connectivity to the server.
