You can perform an LED test on the control panel to determine
if one of the LEDs is not functioning properly.
To perform this operation, you must have one of the following
authority levels:
Administrator
Authorized service provider
To perform an LED test on the control panel, perform the
following task:
On the ASMI Welcome pane, specify your user ID and password,
and click Log In.
In the navigation area, expand System Configuration and Service
Indicators.
Select Lamp Test.
On the Lamp Test pane, click Continue to
perform the lamp test. When a lamp test is initiated, the firmware-controlled
indicators in the central electronics complex (CEC) and the expansion
units are turned on solid for 4 minutes, and then restored to their
previous states.
