Troubleshooting system reference code data

Learn about some common console-related system reference code (SRC) data received on your server.

If you receive any of the following reference codes, you might have a problem with your Operations Console connection or with another console. This list of reference codes is not all-inclusive, but it includes the most commonly occurring reference codes regarding a console.

Important: References to the data in an SRC are referred to as words 11 through 19 when using the remote control panel, and words 1 through 9 when viewed at the HMC.
