Setting up Operations Console

Complete the required setup tasks for your Operations Console configuration.

Important: If you have an IBM® Power 520 Express™, IBM Power 550 Express, IBM Power 570, or IBM Power 575 and were directed here from the installation instructions, you must set the altitude setting before returning to the installation instructions.

Prior to setting up your Operations Console, do the following tasks:

Read through Planning for your Operations Console configuration.
Verify the Operations Console hardware requirements.
Verify the Operations Console software requirements.

After you have completed the prerequisite tasks, complete the following sections in order as they pertain to your configuration.
