Remote support connection
Manage the service connection that securely accesses the remote system.
To manage the connection that service uses to securely access the system remotely, complete the following steps:
- In the navigation area, click Call home, and then select Remote support connection.
- In the Remote support connection window,
- Click Open to keep the connection open. When you select the Open option, you must specify the Connection timeout (minutes) period.
- Click Close to close the remote support connection.
- When you complete all the necessary fields, click OK to save your changes.
