Plugging rules for memory modules in the
9105-22A, 9105-22B, or 9786-22H system
Find information about the configurations and rules that apply to memory modules for the IBM Power
S1022 (9105-22A), IBM Power
S1022s (9105-22B), and IBM Power
L1022 (9786-22H) system.
This information helps you to plan memory module installation in the
system.
The system supports memory modules of 16 GB, 32 GB, 64 GB, or 128
GB.
A maximum of two memory module feature codes are supported on a system.
Equal quantities of the two memory module feature codes is not
required.
The system does not support mixing DDR4 and DDR5 memory
modules.
The following tables list the feature codes of the supported memory modules.
