savevgstruct command

Purpose

Backs up a volume group.

Syntax

savevgstruct VolumeGroupLabel

Description

The savevgstruct command makes a backup of a volume group structure.

  1. To save the structure of the user-defined volume group myvg, enter: 
    savevgstruct myvg
