Overview
This documentation outlines how Global Training Providers (GTP) and Authorized Training Providers (ATP) will use the Portfolio Management Tool (PMT) and the specific tasks that each type of user can perform.
Not all documents apply to both GTPs & ATPs. It will be noted if it doesn't apply to both types of users.
- Global Training Providers may have one of two roles. The GTP user role allows the user to download files for IBM instructor-led courses. The GTP creator role allows users to submit Derivative Works or GTP owned courses to be published to the IBM Training catalog.
- Authorized Training Providers (ATP) have one role. The ATP creator role allows users to submit ATP owned courses to be published to the IBM Training catalog.

The Global Training Providers (GTP) and Authorized Training Providers (ATP) owned courses will be marketed and offered to IBM customers on the IBM Training website.
GTPs can find additional information of the definition Derivative Work and GTP Owned courses, please refer to the GTP Operations Guide, section 7.6 Creation of Training Course Material and Use of IBM Course Materials. The GTP Operations Guide is available from the GTP Hub on IBM Training. Access to the GTP Hub is restricted to the primary focal from each GTP.
