Resetting the product

You can use the Factory Reset feature to reset the product. Selecting this option deletes all data, trained models, and configuration settings, returning the product to its original state.

1. Log in to the product.
2. Click the user icon.
3. Select the Factory Reset option.
4. Click Continue. Data deletion begins.
