Accessing TM1 Web from Apple iPad

You can access TM1 Web from an Apple iPad. TM1 Web is not supported on other mobile devices.

When you log in to TM1 Web from an iPad, the following limitations apply.

• The TM1 Web login screen must be used in portrait mode if you want to see the label for Admin host and the contents of the copyright.
• The toolbar might not completely display in your Content pane and you cannot use touch gestures to scroll to the right of the toolbar. Collapse the Navigation pane to see the complete toolbar.
• You cannot resize dialog boxes with the resizing handle at the lower right of the dialog box by using touch gestures. Rotate your iPad to portrait or landscape mode to change the size of the dialog box.
• If you create a websheet in IBM® Planning Analytics for Microsoft Excel by using a template with a font that is not available on the iPad, the font might default to Times New Roman when you open the websheet in TM1 Web.
