Set cell background and font colors by using member and hierarchy formats
You can now set the cell background and font color for data cells and header cells with member and hierarchy formats.
You can define a member format to have a specific background and font color and also use hierarchy formatting to define the cell and font colors based on the leaf level.
The following example uses hierarchy formatting to set the background color of the data and row headers based on their level. The leaf-level data values are displayed in gray font color.

To apply member or hierarchy formats, right-click a member and select the type of format you want to apply. Or, use the Format manager in the toolbar to access both member and hierarchy formatting options.
For more information, see Format cube views with the Format manager.
