Refresh the target book on navigation using an action button

A new Refresh target book option is available in the Action button configuration options for navigation. This option allows you to refresh a target book you are navigating to when you click an Action button, if the book is already open. Previously, if the target book was already open, you had to manually refresh the book on navigation.

When the Pass context option is also enabled, context passes for any items that have synchronization enabled and the target book refreshes. If Pass context is enabled but no context is being passed on navigation, the target book still refreshes, if it is already open.
