Supported features and limitations in Universal Reports static layout

There are supported and unsupported features in Universal Report static layout.

The following are features that are supported by Universal Report static layout:

  • Inserting and defining your own row and columns with embedded formulas within the report (this feature is not currently supported in dynamic layout).
  • Spreading shortcuts and the spread dialog.
  • Conversion from saved view, exploration report, or cube viewer (cube view slice requires IBM® Planning Analytics Workspace 2.0.95 or newer).
  • Drill through.
  • Calculations.
The following are features that are not supported by Universal Report static layout:
  • Set editor integration on rows and columns.
  • Toggle on rows and columns.
  • Indents per level, ActiveDisplay, ExpandAbove, and Display toggle properties. They will have no effect on the report.
  • Conversion from other report types other than explorations.
  • Conditional formatting formulas at report generation time. These need to be manually added if desired.
  • The localization of dimension names.
