Editing a set (quick analysis)

You can edit a set in IBM® Planning Analytics Workspace without saving for quick analysis.

1. Open the set by double-clicking the dimension tile in the view, or click the menu next to the dimension and select Open set editor.
2. Display the members that you want to create the set from by selecting from the Hierarchy menu. You can also change the set from the Set menu.
3. If your changes are simple, select the members that you want to be in the set in the Available members menu. You can also access Available members from the settings menu.
   
4. Once your changes are done, click Replace. The set editor closes and you return to the view, displaying the members that you selected.
   Note: The Replace feature is available only if you have members selected in either the Available members or Current set pane.
   If you have members selected in the Current set pane, clicking Replace replaces members in the view.
