Search and filter in plans
You can search and filter on plan tasks in edit mode.
The search input field and filter button 
are shown before task tiles.
Tasks can be searched and filtered by assets, tags, attachments, contributors, approvers, task dependencies, status, and task progress.
Procedure
- On the Tasks tab, search or filter on tasks.
- To search for assets by name, in the search field type your keyword.
The task tiles that contain the searched items are expanded, and the search keywords are highlighted.
- To filter on tasks, click the filter button to open the Filter panel, and
use one of the following methods to filter on items:
- Type a keyword in the search field.
The search results appear below the search field. Click the result that you want to filter on. The items that contain the search result are expanded in the Filter panel. Select the related check box or button, and click Apply. The filter tag is added in the content panel, and the tasks that contain the filtered results are shown.
- Expand the items in the panel.
Select the related check box or button, and click Apply. The filter tag is added in the content panel, and the tasks that contain the filtered results are shown.
- Type a keyword in the search field.
Note: Filter and search results are not saved when you reload a page. The results are saved only when you refresh a plan. - To search for assets by name, in the search field type your keyword.
