Open a view from the Planning Analytics Workspace Content Store

If you or a colleague has saved a view to the Planning Analytics Workspace Content Store, you can open it from Planning Analytics for Microsoft Excel.

About this task

You can open a view that has been saved to the Planning Analytics Workspace Content Store.

Procedure

  1. Open the IBM Planning Analytics ribbon.
  2. Click the View icon, in the Add section. The Open View dialog opens.
  3. Locate the view in the View pane.
  4. Click the view that you want to open to highlight it.
  5. Select the report type that you want the view to be opened as.
  6. Click Select.

Results

The view is opened as the selected report type.
