Sort a column by names in a list
Sorting a column by names makes it easier for you to organize data.
Procedure
- In the overview area, click the down-arrow of a column box.
- Click Sort by names and select a sort option.
Results
In the overview area, a symbol appears in the column box to indicate a sort is applied. To remove a sort, click the down-arrow and select .
