Users with Delete permission cannot delete files in Drive explorer

Drive explorer uses the Access Control List (ACL) to control user access to shared folders in the S:/ drive. With ACL, users with the Delete (d) permission cannot delete files in the Drive explorer.

Any user with Write (w) permission will be able to delete files or folders, even though the delete permission is set to deny.
