FILL
FILL repeats a given string as necessary to return a string of a specified length.
This function is valid in both TM1® rules and TurboIntegrator processes.

FILL(string, length)|

Example
FILL('-', 5) returns '-----'.
FILL('ab', 5) returns 'ababa'.
