Understanding IBM® Planning Analytics Local 2.1 component versions
If you are upgrading to Planning Analytics Local 2.1 from Planning Analytics Local 2.0, you need to be aware of how component versions in 2.1 correspond to component versions in 2.0.
This table identifies the corresponding version of the Planning Analytics software components (including TM1 server, Planning Analytics Workspace, Planning Analytics Spreadsheet Services /TM1 Web, and Planning Analytics for Excel) between the Planning Analytics 2.0 and 2.1 releases.
When upgrading from Planning Analytics Local 2.0 to Planning Analytics Local 2.1, each component should be upgraded to the corresponding version or greater.

When upgrading from Planning Analytics Local 2.0, it is not necessary to perform an interim upgrade to a lower release of any Planning Analytics Local 2.1 component before updating to the current release. Each component can be directly upgraded from Planning Analytics Local 2.0 to the most current 2.1 version.
