Cell indicators in TM1 Web Universal Reports

Universal Reports in TM1 Web and Planning Analytics Workspace websheets now support cell indicators for cell holds and edited cells. Cell indicators use formatting on selected data cells to visually indicate that they are different from other cells in the data range.

Previously, cell indicators were not supported in Universal Reports.

Supported cell indicators
The following cell indicators are supported in TM1 Web and Planning Analytics Workspace websheets:
  • Edited cells - Values in cells that were edited but not committed display in green.
  • Cell holds - In cells that have a hold applied to them, an orange pause displays in the lower-left corner as a visual indication that you applied a hold to that cell or range. The indicator clears after the hold is released and the report is refreshed.
Note: Published websheets support cell indicators differently than IBM® Planning Analytics for Microsoft Excel. In Planning Analytics for Microsoft Excel, you can apply named styles to edited cells and held cells. These, however, change to the default cell indicator styles in published websheets in TM1 Web and Planning Analytics Workspace.
