3270 Emulation over a TCP/IP Network via an SNA Gateway to a VTAM® Host on an SNA Network

Figure 1 illustrates a configuration that supports dependent LU communications for downstream workstations to a subarea host. In this example, Node B is configured for dependent LU communication over AnyNet® to a zSeries host. Configuration instructions for this example are provided in Quick Beginnings.
