The USE_NRZI_ENCODING specifies how synchronous data sent to the modem
is encoded. Valid values are:
- 0
- Use non-return-to-zero (NRZ) encoding.
- 1
- Use non-return-to-zero inverted (NRZI) encoding.
This parameter is optional. The default is 0.
