The INB_LINK_ACT_LIM parameter specifies the number of link stations reserved
for inbound activation on this port. The maximum number of outbound link stations
that can be active concurrently is the value of the TOT_LINK_ACT_LIM parameter
minus the value of the INB_LINK_ACT_LIM parameter.
Note:
- If the PORT_TYPE on the PORT keyword is specified as NONSWITCHED and the LINK_STATION_ROLE on the PORT keyword is specified as NEGOTIABLE or PRIMARY, the INB_LINK_ACT_LIM parameter must be specified as 0.
- If the PORT_TYPE on the PORT keyword is specified as NONSWITCHED and the LINK_STATION_ROLE on the PORT keyword is specified as SECONDARY, the INB_LINK_ACT_LIM parameter must be specified as 0 or 1.
- If this port is for the AnyNet® DLC, the INB_LINK_ACT_LIM parameter must be specified as 0.
